  • Phase 1

    PLANS AND DOCUMENTATION</p> <p>To provide an accurate estimate Ultimate Design & Build will require all Plans and Documentation.

  • Phase 2

    CUSTOMER CHECKLIST</p> <p>Ultimate Design & Build will sit down with you to complete our specially created Customer Checklist.<br /> This helps us give you the most accurate estimate possible.

  • Phase 3

    ESTIMATE PRESENTATION</p> <p>Ultimate Design & Build will then provide a timely and professional Estimate with specifications. The specifications will detail what you choose during the Customer Checklist sit down.

  • Phase 4

    CONTRACT SIGNING</p> <p>Ultimate Design & Build will sit down with you to go through the Contract Signing. During the signing we will confirm a start date with you. We will also confirm the expected completion date.

  • Phase 5

    CONSTRUCTION</p> <p>Ultimate Design & Build will work closely with you to deliver on your expectations. We'll schedule regular onsite meetings to ensure the Construction process runs as smoothly as possible.

  • Phase 6

    COMPLETION</p> <p>At Completion Ultimate Design & Build will hand over a beautifully finished home/ development.

  • Phase 7

    3 MONTH CHECK-UP</p> <p>3 months after handover Ultimate Design & Build will return to perform a Check Up to ensure there are no problems and rectify any issues as per the Australian Standards and Tolerances.
